Block Frozen Fruit

This is frozen to capture all the flavour and goodness of the boysenberry.  Block frozen is ideal for jams/preserves & baking.

Boysenberry Juice Concentrate

The concentrate juice captures the rich colour and powerful flavour of the boysenberries.  This is ideal for mixed beverages, fruit juices, wine and cider. With its rich colour, this can be used as a colourant for beverages that need to be enhanced.
This product has a 65 degree brix concentrate.

Puree

Boysenberry puree is an excellant choice for ice cream, fruit topping, yoghurt and jams. Its rich flavour and smooth texture make it a stand out for almost any recipe you can think of.

While the majority of our crop is harvested by machine, we also hand pick a large portion of our crop for our fresh customers and for customers who require their fruit to be picked by hand rather than machine.

All orders need to be placed early to ensure that we can pick and package your product in the required way.
