Tasman Bay Berries is a specialist grower and producer of premium New Zealand boysenberries, based in sunny Nelson at the top of the South Island. Led by Managing Director Glen Holland, whose horticultural career spans more than 44 years, including over 25 years specialising in boysenberries, the business is built on extensive growing expertise, a deep understanding of the land and an unwavering commitment to quality.
Today, that experience provides the foundation for an exciting new chapter, combining proven growing knowledge with technology, responsible practices and a determination to unlock the full potential of the New Zealand boysenberry.
TANGLE Farm – Where It All Begins.
Located in Hope, Nelson, in the heart of New Zealand's boysenberry-growing region, TANGLE Farm benefits from a sunny climate and favourable growing conditions. Producing exceptional fruit begins with understanding the land, nurturing healthy soils and plants, and carefully managing every stage of the growing cycle.
Under Glen's leadership, the farm continues to evolve through improved soil management, precision irrigation, specialist agronomy and smarter growing practices. It's an approach that brings together decades of practical experience with modern agricultural techniques to continually improve fruit quality, consistency and productivity.

The next chapter of our story extends beyond fresh fruit. Recognising the extraordinary potential of the New Zealand boysenberry, we created BOYZEN™ by Tasman Bay Berries to develop new products, high-value natural ingredients and commercial opportunities across food, beverage, nutrition and wellness markets.
Led by Tanya Oziel, BOYZEN™ brings a strategic focus to product innovation, international business development and commercial partnerships. Through premium freeze-dried boysenberry powder, juice concentrate, purée and customised ingredient solutions, we're working with customers and specialist manufacturing partners to bring the distinctive flavour, natural colour and versatility of the New Zealand boysenberry into exciting new applications and markets.
